Six one-hour Zoom sessions presented by Ann D’Angelo (http://bemindfulbreathe.com) – a trained mindfulness coach with a thriving Pasadena-based practice.
Starting October 14th and ending December 17th (every other Thursday) from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This program is designed to get you in tune and Zen in time for the General Election and impending holiday season. Each session will have a specific focus: such as Self Compassion, Loving Kindness, Gratitude, Living in the Moment, and Equanimity (Balance).
The structure will include an introduction to the focus, a guided practice, time for reflection, an optional breakout to share your experience, and take-home practice. Home practice will be supported with a Mindfulness Tool Kit.
$10 per session, or
$70 for the 6-session package, which includes the Mindfulness Toolkit (valued at $20).
$20 for the Mindfulness Toolkit, separately.
All toolkits will be available at JLP Headquarters.
