The Junior League of Pasadena is led by volunteers who have served our community with distinction. Members of the Board of Directors are selected by the Nominating & Placement Committee. The Board, led by our President, carries the legal and fiduciary responsibilities of the organization. Its role is to govern and ensure that the long-term direction of The Junior League of Pasadena is established, implemented, and monitored.
The Board works cooperatively with the Management Team (led by the Executive Vice President and composed of Committee Chairs) to ensure the strategic direction of the League is executed properly. This is done across multiple advisory areas which include Membership, Community, Fundraising, Operations, and Finance. In addition, the Management Team along with our paid Office Manager oversee the day-to-day operations of The Junior League of Pasadena, including deployment and proper management of League resources.
