Congratulations to the Junior Leagues of California State Public Affairs Committee (CalSPAC) delegation co-chaired by Pasadena’s own Jocelyn Ferguson. The photo was taken in Sacramento last month during their Spring Conference, which was the first in-person conference since October 2019!
