Join us for an empowering and transformative 2-hour training designed exclusively for women who are ready to connect, heal, and grow together as well as get current with their body, mind and soul.
This event led by Leslie Field, trauma-informed Somatic Practitoner of Embodied Movement, consists of:
❣️—> Unstructured, intuitive movement that feels like a moving meditation, connecting you back to your internal landscape and different ‘flavors’ that reside in the body
❣️—> Embodiment practices that build a stronger connection between your body, your emotions, and your mind
❣️—> Sensitizing and body relaxation exercises that down regulate your nervous system and put your body into rest and digest mode
❣️—> Private, quiet moments to tune into your deeper, soul-filled self, plus time for reflection and connection with other women
To keep the container secure for all participants, it’s important you are able to arrive on time and stay for the entire 2-hours.
