Description
All members are invited to join an intentional dinner gathering (potluck style), organized by the DEIB ad-hoc committee. This social event is designed to center belonging, wellness, and community through the universal language of food and storytelling. You are invited to bring a dish to share that holds meaning, whether tied to family, culture, memory, or a personal moment of growth.
This evening is less about the food, more about the stories carried within it. Our identities and histories live within us, often woven quietly into our traditions, recipes, and lived experiences. By bringing these dishes to the table, we invite one another into those inner worlds, building community through shared reflection and connection.
The dinner supports collective wellness, mental health, and community care, especially as we continue to heal and strengthen ourselves following the Eaton Canyon fires and the ways that event changed us as a League.
This gathering marks the beginning of a year centered on belonging, remembrance, and shared humanity.
